Integrix — Privacy Policy (DRAFT for PM review — not legal advice)

1. What this covers

This policy describes how we handle personal information on getintegrix.com and in the Integrix platform.

2. Information we collect

Account information (from you): name, email, credentials, organization. Usage information (automatic): log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps — used for security and to operate the Service. Customer Data (uploaded by customers into the platform): integration program data, which may include employee personal information such as names, work email addresses, departments, locations, employment type, and migration scheduling status.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure, and support the Service; to communicate with you about it; to comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Customer Data for advertising, and we do not train models on Customer Data.

4. Customer Data — our processor role

Customers control the Customer Data they upload. We process it only on the customer's instructions to deliver the Service. Individuals whose data appears in a customer's integration program should direct requests (access, correction, deletion) to that customer; we will assist the customer in fulfilling them.

5. Sharing

We share information only with: service providers who host and operate our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations [HOSTING PROVIDER(S) — e.g., Replit / database host]; professional advisors as needed; authorities when legally required; and a successor in a business transfer (with notice). No third-party advertising or analytics resale.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including access controls, encrypted transport (TLS), and audit logging. No method is 100% secure; we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.

7. Retention

Account information: for the life of the account plus a reasonable period. Customer Data: for the duration of the customer relationship; exported and/or deleted on written request per our Terms. Backups roll off in the ordinary course.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information (e.g., under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA). Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]; we will respond as required by applicable law. For data inside a customer's program, see Section 4.

9. Cookies

The Service uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and secure. No third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified via the Service or email.
